Hi, I'm Alexis – a dynamic young professional who seamlessly blends marketing, design, and a creative spirit. With a "lets learn something new" mindset, I'm always seeking opportunities that challenge my resourcefulness while establishing a way to let my creative side flourish. Blend the passion for creative with my communication background and you meet the professional I am today.

Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at Agr International, I'm able to leverage my broad professional background from strategy to design. The scope of work includes managing a six-figure advertising plan from development to design and execution, print/digital production, copywriting, trade show efforts, and account management. I'm also co-chair of Agr’s internal activities committee where I maintain the employee newsletter, plan employee-centered events, and community outreach projects.

 

Prior, I earned my bachelor’s degree in communication (specializing in advertising and public relations) from Slippery Rock University in 2021 all while working part time at The Home Depot as a kitchen and bath designer.

Beyond the office, I serve as the 2025 Public Service Chair for PRSA Pittsburgh. My team and I offer pro-bono support by selecting one local non-profit a year and aiding in their communication efforts. I also nurture my artistic side through photography – expanding my portfolio, making new connections, and becoming better connected in the local community.

 

Besides the work stuff, I am always up for a d-i-y craft night with friends, a sewing project, or gardening – trying to embody a lifestyle of continued growth and creative exploration.
