Photography

AfterlightImage 18.JPG

Over the years, I have grown more in love with photography and the creativity that the medium encourages. I started by taking portraits of my younger sister when I was in high school and have continued to explore what photography has to offer.

Some of my photography is for clients. Some from professional experience. Some from around the community. Some photos just for fun. Below is not nearly all, but some of my favorite photographs I have taken since beginning to grow in the art.

By scheduling with me, you are not only getting a gallery of photos that encompass all of you – you are gaining a hype girl and a new best friend.

I would love to talk more with you if you're interested in booking a session or hearing more about my photo business. And don't forget to visit Alexis Amor Photo on Facebook and Instagram!

FAQs

How do I get more information about booking and when are you available?

You can reach me anytime through the contact page on my website, email at amoralexismil@gmail.com or on social @alexisamorphoto. I work full time during the week, so weeknights are open and weekends. That being said, time is limited so contact today if you are interested in getting scheduled!

What is included in my session?

All sessions come with a digital, downloadable gallery of your edited images available to you for six months, a print release, and a new best friend. I am there to make you feel comfortable. The more comfortable you feel, the better the photos will be. My style is natural, rich edits capturing the colors and YOU as in the moment as possible.

When will I receive the photos?

For portraits: 2 – 4 weeks after scheduled session.

For events: 4 – 6 weeks after scheduled session.

Okay, I'm scheduled but I have no clue what to wear.

Everyone feels this way before a session. I always say the more neutral the better. If we are scheduled outside, avoid big patterns and green. If you're coming with family, don't stress too much about matching. Pick a color and have everyone work it into their outfit in some way. When in doubt – black or white are always a safe option.

Do I need to bring anything? Props?

You don't have to bring anything along, but I will let you know I am not much of a prop girl unless we talk about it in advance or it's a special mini session date. I always bring along a wooden chair to break up the poses if we are outside. Feel free though to bring anything along and we will try to work it into your photos! High schoolers should think about bringing sports related items like a jacket, jersey, or equipment. College grads could bring along books, cap and gown, or something related to their field.

If you think of anything else not on this list, let's connect and I will answer any questions you may have!
